Interim HR Administrator | 3-Month FTC (Potential to Extend) | Rickmansworth
Full Time On-Site - this is not negotiable | Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 | Start: ASAP
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised HR Administrator to join a busy HR team on an interim basis. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rickmansworth, ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on and supporting the day-to-day running of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract generation, and leaver processes
* Maintain accurate HR records and ensure employee data is kept up to date
* Support with recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
* Assist in preparing reports, HR documents, and correspondence
* Respond to employee queries and escalate where necessary
* Work closely with payroll and benefits providers to ensure timely and accurate processing
* Support ad-hoc HR projects and general administrative tasks as required
