A well-established manufacturingpany based in Antrim is seeking to add an experienced HR professional to its on-site people team. Your new role
As HR Officer, you will provide operational HR support across the full employee lifecycle, acting as a trusted point of contact for managers and employees. You will support employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, HR systems and reporting, and contribute to wider site initiatives such as process improvement and people projects. This role offers strong autonomy, close collaboration with the wider HR team, and a clear development pathway for someone looking to progress in a busy manufacturing setting.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Proven experience in a broad, generalist HR role, ideally within a fast-paced environment such as manufacturing.
2. Working towards or holding CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent relevant experience).
3. Confidence supporting employee relations cases, policy application, and providing practical HR advice to managers.
4. Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, including coordination andpliance checks.
5. Strong working knowledge of HR systems, employee data, and producing accurate reports.
6. Excellentmunication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to managepeting priorities.
