A welcoming specialist setting in Basingstoke are looking for a SEND Classroom Assistant to join their team.
You’ll be supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including:
* Autism
* Moderate learning difficulties
* Speech & language needs
* Sensory processing needs
The role is hands-on, varied and incredibly rewarding.
Duties include:
* Supporting learning activities
* Working 1:1 and in small groups
* Supporting emotional regulation
* Encouraging communication and independence
* Helping create a safe and engaging classroom environment
Training and support provided.
