Job Purpose
As a recruiter, you will collaborate with recruiting business managers, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Business Partners, and external consultants to identify and hire the best candidates within the recruitment process. You will provide professional advice and support on all aspects of recruitment.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
* Advise recruiting managers on candidate availability in the marketplace, sourcing options, costs, and company/marketplace initiatives, considering the Company’s Resourcing policy and your expertise.
* Create job advert content for direct advertisements and post on relevant job boards and social media channels.
* Conduct shortlisting activities for roles such as graduates, apprentices, and volume vacancies.
* Update and maintain the recruitment Applicant Tracking System - TalentLink.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to service quality, reduce time to fill vacancies, monitor vacancy performance, and review selection tools for increased accuracy.
Technical Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a high-volume recruitment environment.
* Strong understanding and skill in using a broad range of recruitment tools and services, including web-based services and search consultants.
* Knowledge of interview questions and tools that test for specific job competencies.
* Experience working with and influencing recruiting managers at all levels and third-party agencies to ensure compliance with processes and legislative guidelines.
Qualifications
* 5 GCSEs/O levels, including Maths and English, or equivalent.
