Site Manager – Office Fit-Out (Sub Contract, 8 Weeks) | Basingstoke | Start Mid-July LTD Contractor required | Weekly Pay | Flexible Hours | £150K–£200K Project Value We’re recruiting for a Site Manager to oversee a short-term commercial fit-out in Basingstoke, starting mid-July and lasting approximately 8 weeks. You'll be managing minor construction works including partition walls installs, lighting changes, and AC system adjustments —With plenty of client interaction and oversight of a small on-site team of up to 10 down to earth engineers Key Details: Project: Office fit-out Team: Overseeing up to 10 workers at a time Location: Close to Basingstoke train station Hours: Flexible – around 7:30/8AM to 4/4:30PM Reports: Weekly site reports required Expenses: Materials reimbursed Site Manager Must-Haves: SMSTS or SSSTS First Aid certification Ideally 2 years' experience as a Commercial Fit Out Site Manager, but common sense and competence go further!
