The Opportunity
The firm is seeking a Senior Reward and Benefits Manager to lead the development and delivery of reward and benefits initiatives across the EMEA region. This is a senior role offering strategic influence and operational responsibility across multiple EMEA countries.
The successful candidate will:
Shape and implement competitive total reward strategies encompassing salary, bonus, benefits, and recognition.
Collaborate with regional HR leads and business stakeholders to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Lead the annual compensation cycle, including benchmarking, policy development, and compliance with local legislation.
Manage relationships with benefits providers and optimise programme design.
Lead and develop a small team of reward and benefits professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deliver, and manage reward and benefits strategies across the EMEA region.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and alignment with the firm's global frameworks.
Provide thought leadership and practical advice to HR teams and business leaders.
Oversee annual compensation and benefits cycles, including market analysis and budgeting.
Support communication strategies to help employees understand and value their total reward package.
Drive continuous improvement and harmonisation of reward policies and processes across regions.
Candidate Profile
Significant experience in a senior reward and benefits role, ideally across multiple EMEA countries.
Strong understanding of compensation principles, market practices, and local regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical skills, including advanced Excel capabilities and experience working with market data.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in a professional services or complex international environment is highly desirable.
Demonstrates strategic thinking, operational capability, and a collaborative approach.
French or Spanish speaking would be desirable but not essential
