Temporary Recruitment / HR Administrator – Altrincham

Immediate Start | 6-Month Contract | £14.29 – £15.38 per hour | 9:00am – 5:30pm

Our client, a growing organisation based in Altrincham, is seeking a highly organised Recruitment / HR Administrator to provide essential support to their busy People Services team. This is a temporary, full-time position for an initial 6-month period, offering an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support across all areas of permanent and contract recruitment.

Coordinate recruitment activities including advertising vacancies, liaising with agencies, reviewing CVs, arranging interviews, managing candidate communications, and gathering feedback.

Support the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements (e.g., right to work checks, IR35 documentation) are completed accurately.

Maintain up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system to ensure visibility of candidate progress throughout the hiring process.

Assist with HR administrative duties and provide wider support to the People Services team as required.

Requirements:

Proven administrative experience within a professional environment; recruitment or HR experience preferred.

Experience in recruitment administration within the IT sector would be highly advantageous.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.

High-level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
