The BD position can be remote/homebased anywhere in the UK, Spain, and Portugal.
The Role:
* Business Developer (+5 years) with a focus on FSP services and strategic consulting within the Mid-size Pharma industry. Targeting medium to large pharmaceutical companies, the successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth by offering tailored solutions to support clinical development at our clients.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to target medium to large pharmaceutical companies.
* Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the pharma sector.
* Identify FSP platform needs and deliver customized solutions to support clinical trials.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Meet sales targets and report on market trends and client feedback.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in business development or sales in the CRO or life sciences industry.
* Strong understanding of FSP and strategic consulting within clinical trials.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build long-term client relationships with medium to large pharma companies.
* Experience in selling FSP solutions to one or more of the following services: Biometrics, Medical Writing, Regulatory affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Operations.
