Overview
Account Sales Executive (Calibration/Instrumentation) – £30,000 + up to £12,000 Bonus/Commission (OTE £42,000) + Benefits. Location: Bracknell.
Responsibilities
* Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximise customer retention and revenue.
* Generate leads through networking, research, and proactive outreach.
* Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
* Work closely with senior management to develop and implement sales growth strategies.

The Person
* 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
* Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
* Ideally from a technical, construction, engineering, or building services background.
