HR Manager

The Role
A hands on, generalist HR role supporting the full employee lifecycle, HR operations, and integration of new teams. You’ll work closely with leadership and collaborate with wider stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting day-to-day HR operations, systems, and data accuracy
* Managing HR systems (e.g. payroll, HRIS, absence management) and monthly reporting
* Preparing contracts, offer letters, and employee documentation
* Supporting onboarding, inductions, and integration of new employees
* Advising managers on employee relations, including performance, disciplinary, and grievance matters
* Ensuring policies and employment law are followed
* Building strong relationships with stakeholders and supporting wider HR initiatives
About You
* Experience in a generalist HR or HR Advisor role
* Confident supporting and advising managers and department heads
* Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Comfortable working in a changing, growth-focused environment
