The role of the Technical Sales Advisor Waterproofing Systems will involve:
Technical Sales Advisor position supporting and selling a range of structural waterproofing systems
The majority of your time will be acting as first line technical support to merchants, contractors, installers and housing associations for all queries relating to central heating products
The remainder of your time offering technical support to internal teams
Fielding inbound telephone queries and provide appropriate solutions
Carry out product training and answer questions for both colleagues and customers
Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
Working closely with other Technical Sales Advisors
The ideal applicant will be a Technical Sales Advisor Waterproofing Systems with:
Must have Sales experience dealing with specialist building products or closely related: liquid applied, roofing, waterproofing or a closely related product or system)
Would be greatly beneficial to have knowledge specifically with Waterproofing Systems
Advantageous to have a technical mind-set with the ability to understand product specifications.
Positive telephone manor with the ability to resolve customer queries in a professional manor
IT literate (Microsoft Office)
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
