The Role May Include:
* Coaching and supporting members
* Leading sessions
* Providing motivation and accountability
* Creating a positive, uplifting atmosphere
* Helping women achieve realistic fitness goals
Were Looking For Someone Who:
* Has a positive and encouraging attitude
* Loves working with women
* Is reliable and approachable
* Has fitness/coaching experience (preferred but not essential depending on role)
* Understands the needs of women 30+
