HR Administrator (Part-Time)

Birmingham | 22.5 hours per week (10:00am–2:30pm, Monday–Friday) | Office-based

We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused HR Administrator to join our busy and friendly HR team in Birmingham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a structured, people-focused environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality administrative support.


What You’ll Be Doing:

* Maintaining HR systems, records, and personnel files
* Updating our HR system (Cascade), ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance
* Managing electronic and hard-copy filing
* Coordinating internal meetings for the HR Director
* Assisting with drafting contracts and terms & conditions letters
* Supporting onboarding and offboarding administration
* Uploading and updating HR policies on the intranet
* Providing general administrative support to the HR team


What We’re Looking For:

* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive approach and the ability to manage workload effectively within part-time hours
