Role: HR Administrator
Location: Scunthorpe, DN17
Duration: Temporary 3 Months (Until Christmas)
Salary: £12.88 per hour + Holiday
Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for an HR Administrator for a Public Sector organisation based in Scunthorpe.
This ideal HR Administrator will support the Work Placement Team Leader in the planning and preparation of work placements.
The duties of the HR Administrator include:
1. Supporting the curriculum areas by ensuring all learners receive an outstanding experience
2. Undertaking all necessary planning, preparing and assessment to ensure effective and efficient work placement delivery
3. Organising and attending placement visits to monitor the progress of students
4. Carrying out health and safety assessments of work placement settings and be aware of issues surrounding health and safety/safeguarding within the work place environment
5. Assisting with briefing meetings on a group and individual basis with students and course leaders
6. Being familiar with the DBS checking process and assist students in the form completion
7. Assisting in the development and maintenance of a database of appropriate employer and commercial/industrial
