Labourer with Forklift Experience
£19+ per hour
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm - 37.5 hours per week (1 hour lunch)

gap construction are seeking a Labourer with Forklift Experience to join a reputable contractor working on a 24-unit traditional build housing development valued at £3 million.
This role is ideal for someone happy to assist with general labouring duties while operating the forklift as required. You'll be part of a friendly and professional team delivering a high-quality residential project in the local area.
Performance Objectives
Carry out general site labouring duties including maintaining site cleanliness and moving materials.
Operate the forklift safely and efficiently as directed by the Site Manager.
Support trades and ensure materials are distributed to the correct areas on site.
Adhere to all site health and safety policies and procedures.
Maintain a proactive and flexible attitude, assisting across various tasks as required.Person Specification
Previous experience working as a Labourer within the construction industry.
Valid CSCS card and Forklift licence are essential.
Confident operating a forklift safely and efficiently on a busy site.
Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexible approach - willing to assist with general labouring duties when not on the forklift.
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.Project Details
