Linsco are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build Starbucks Drive-Thru project for a 3-week holiday cover starting Monday 28th July.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site activities and trades
Ensure the build continues smoothly in line with programme
Maintain a high standard of health & safety on site
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
Keep site paperwork, inductions, and reporting up to date
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing small-scale commercial new builds
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification
Strong organisation and communication skills
Able to maintain continuity and standards in absence of full-time managerIf interested please apply with your CV.
