About this Role

We are seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Inside Sales Executive - UK & Europe to support REP Fitness’ growth across the B2B market.

This role is responsible for managing inbound leads, preparing quotations, and supporting the end-to-end sales process for commercial customers including gyms, fitness studios, personal training facilities, and corporate wellness spaces.

You will play a key role in processing inbound enquiries, converting opportunities, and supporting customers through REP’s B2B sales journey, including use of our B2B portal.

Working closely with external sales and operational teams, you will ensure a seamless customer experience - from initial enquiry through to order fulfilment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in internal or inside sales, particularly within the fitness equipment, strength training, or wider B2B product environment.

What you can expect to be doing

Inbound Sales & Lead Management

* Act as the first point of contact for inbound B2B leads across phone, email, and digital channels.
* Qualify and manage inbound enquiries from commercial gyms, PT studios, and fitness facilities.
* Respond promptly to new leads and guide customers through the early stages of the sales process.
* Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
* Prepare accurate and timely quotations for strength equipment packages.
* Follow up on quotes to maximise conversion rates and close opportunities.
* Support pricing discussions in line with REP’s commercial strategy.
* Assist with upselling and cross-selling across REP’s product range.

B2B Portal Administration

* Support the day-to-day administration of REP’s B2B portal.
* Assist customers with onboarding, account setup, and usage of the portal.
* Ensure product information, pricing, and customer data are accurately reflected.
* Act as an internal point of contact for portal-related queries and improvements.

Order Processing & Coordination

* Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
* Coordinate with logistics and operations to confirm stock availability and delivery timelines.
* Ensure all documentation is complete and aligned with customer requirements.
* Manage order updates and communicate proactively with customers.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, quotes, and pipeline activity within CRM systems.
* Track lead progression, quote status, and conversion rates.
* Support reporting on sales performance and pipeline health.
* Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all sales systems.

Internal Collaboration

* Work closely with external sales and account managers to support larger commercial opportunities.
* Collaborate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to resolve customer queries.
* Provide feedback on customer trends, product demand, and common enquiries.
* Support continuous improvement of internal sales processes and tools.

The ideal candidate will already be working in an inside sales, internal sales, or customer-facing commercial role within a B2B environment.

Experience

* Previous experience in inside sales, internal sales, or B2B customer service.
* Experience managing inbound leads and supporting sales pipelines.
* Experience preparing quotations and processing orders.
* Exposure to working with commercial customers such as gyms, fitness facilities, or similar environments is desirable.
* Experience using CRM systems and digital sales tools (e.g., portals).

Skills & Attributes

* Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Customer-focused mindset with a commercial approach to sales.
* Ability to manage multiple leads, enquiries, and priorities effectively.
* Proactive and team-oriented, with a willingness to support wider sales efforts.

Candidates may currently be working in inside sales or commercial support roles within industries such as fitness equipment, strength training, sporting goods, or other B2B product-based sectors.
