Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Nottingham
Project: Healthcare Project
Rate: £260 - £300 per day
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a busy Construction project project in Leicester, this will be working on a healthcare project.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site
2. Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
3. Managing snagging lists and quality control
4. Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
5. Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management
6. Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completion
Requirements:
7. Proven experience as a Site Manager on a healthcare project.
8. Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid certificates -
9. Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades
10. Excellent communication and organisational skills
