We're looking for an HR Administrator (2nd Line) to join our HR Shared Services Team based in Rushden.
Location: Rushden - hybrid working available, with travel to the office required 1-2 days per week
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
What will you be responsible for?
As an HR Administrator (2nd Line), you'll work within the HR Shared Services Team, supporting colleagues by delivering accurate guidance and handling pay-related queries, as well as providing transactional support for a wide range of employee lifecycle changes.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Providing guidance to employees on Kier policies, HR, and pay-related queries.
* Processing a variety of HR and pay-related changes into our HR system, including family-friendly leave, redundancy, secondments, sabbaticals, extensions to probation, and preparing relevant correspondence ensuring GDPR compliance.
* Monitoring, reviewing, and updating HR policies to ensure compliance with current legislation.
* Contributing to HR Shared Services projects and streamlining HR processes to improve efficiency.
* Supporting the calculation of exit costs for redundancy processes and settlement agreements.
What are we looking for?

* Have knowledge of TUPE legislation.
* Are a competent user of Excel.
* Possess a high level of accuracy.
