Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and update CRM and customer account files.
* Manage pricing administration and ensure accuracy in customer terms and promotional payments.
* Coordinate multi-level customer engagement and support promotional planning.
* Develop and manage weekly sales and waste trackers.
* Collaborate with demand planners and use forecasting tools to support production planning.
* Conduct retail store audits and manage sample requests.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a sales admin environment (desirable).
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Organised, self-motivated, and a great relationship builder.
* Proactive, results-focused, and able to work well under pressure.
* Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
* Understanding of the UK retail frozen food industry (preferable).
