What you’ll be doing
You will be trained to know our products inside out, take pride in them, and confidently sell to customers using your growing sales skills.
Your Role Will Involve
* Following up on warm sales leads, visiting customers at home or using our new remote selling framework
* Delivering persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes into sales
* Educating customers about our products and services, thinking quickly, and cross-selling where appropriate
* Working with customers to meet their specific needs and ensuring quality from start to finish
What we’re looking for
* Self-motivated and confident in communicating with customers at a senior level
* Proactive and results-oriented
* Flexible with varied workloads and hours
* Able to provide high-quality customer service
* Ideally experienced in Home Improvements or similar fields
* A driver with a full UK driving license and your own car
