Field Sales Executive at YouFibre, based in Derry, full‑time (37.5 hours/week). Salary from £25,000 per year plus uncapped commission (OTE £50K) and £250 monthly car allowance. Business travel paid.
Responsibilities
* Go door‑to‑door, speaking to residents and helping them switch to reliable broadband.
* Manage your own pipeline and turn conversations into customers.
* Drive performance – hit and exceed targets consistently.
* Build relationships within the local community and internally.
* Be open to feedback, eager to learn and adapt your approach.
Qualifications
* Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
* Driven by targets and motivated by results.
* Solid sales experience, ideally face‑to‑face, engaging people and securing commitments.
* Friendly, confident, enjoys real conversations.
* Self‑directed, can manage time and hit field targets solo.
