VANRATH are delighted to be assisting our client, a large Public Sector Organisation with the recruitment of a Personal Assistant to join their team based in Belfast. This is a Part-Time position. 18.75 hours per week. Salary £26,530 per annum (pro rata) Responsibilities: Draft letters, manage emails, and maintain records. Organise diaries and ensure readiness for meetings. Prepare documents and reports using Microsoft Office. Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders. Organise meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions. Supervise and delegate work to junior staff. Manage office systems, filing, and supplies. Arrange travel, accommodation, and verify invoices. Provide hospitality for visitors and events. Essential Criteria 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Math. 2 years of administrative/secretarial experience, including Microsoft Office. Full UK driving license (or equivalent transportation if unable to drive). Ability to take minutes. Desirable Skills Word/Text Processing certification.
