About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and strengthen our human resources operations in the London office. This mid–senior level position is ideal for someone who combines strategic vision with hands-on HR expertise and is well-versed in UK employment law and HR compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership to shape policies, manage employee relations, and drive organizational growth and engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage HR operations in alignment with business objectives and global HR strategies.
* Ensure full compliance with UK employment legislation, company policies, and best HR practices.
* Partner with leadership teams on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession management.
* Provide expert advice and support on employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
* Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Implement and review HR policies, ensuring they remain compliant and fit for purpose.
* Promote employee engagement, wellbeing, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
* Lead training and development programs to build management and leadership capabilities.
* Prepare HR metrics, analytics, and reports to support data-driven decisions.
* Support organizational change, restructures, and other people-related initiatives.


Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (CIPD Level 5 or above preferred).
* Strong and up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance.
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or HR business partner role within the UK.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Proven experience handling complex HR and employee relations matters with professionalism.
* Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
