This is your chance to be part of a Global Distribution Team within Hilton's Commercial Services organization worldwide. As a Senior Specialist, TA Inquiry, you will support booking channel management, negotiations, optimization, operations, and services including payment and transaction settlement for online and digital third-party channels, driving business to Hilton's hotels globally. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Transient Inquiries, and the Director International, you will work on projects supporting hotel payments and the travel agency and partner commissions for over 8,000 hotels worldwide.

How you will make an impact:
Your role involves fulfilling fundamental duties that make your work impactful:
* Facilitate hotel and commission payment processes by researching and resolving inquiries to ensure accurate payments and billing.
* Manage customer care calls and emails related to travel planner commissions, MAFs, inquiries, and hotel disbursement payments.
* Support ongoing account management of key partners and departmental goals.
Collaboration:
* Support team members during high demand by sharing workload and resolving complex issues.
* Guide and support team members to carry out specialized processes effectively.
* Provide region-specific support to hotel and regional teams.
Projects:
* Provide escalated support and maintain communication with mid-level partners and business segments.
* Maintain internal reports to monitor team and department goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Experience in administration, processing, or reconciling commissions or vendor payments.
* Experience in Revenue Management, Sales, Finance, Hospitality, or related fields.
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* AA/AS or BA/BS degree.
* Knowledge of international business operations and customer service.
