Office Administrator - Safety Department As Office Administrator you will be joining one of Northern Irelands largest Public Bodies where you will provide support to the Safety team in the implementation and management of safety processes and systems, collating safety data and information on a regular basis. Please note this is a fixed term contract position of 12 months commencing February 2026. As Office Administrator your new role will include but not be limited to the following: Assist the Safety Team with the implementation of the Information Safety Management System (ISMS) Process invoices and bookings on behalf of the department staff. Organise safety committee meetings. Maintain electronic 'bespoke safety' registers. Provide the first point of contact between the infrastructure safety department and internal or external customers, including the public. Assist with the preparation of risk assessments. Record actions taken to achieve compliance with ISMS systems. Prepare safety bulletins and toolbox talks. Prepare safety KPIs. Provide other general administrative support. To be considered for this Safety Administrator role you will have: Experience working in an Administration role within engineering, construction or safety environment would be advantageous. Experience of working with MS packages including Word, Excel and Outlook. Able to communicate with all levels of staff. Able to work on own initiative and in a team environment. Experience of working with company systems eg SharePoint, Agresso and EDRMS would be beneficial.
