💼 The Role:
As a Business Development Consultant, you'll be a key part of our growth engine connecting with business leaders, understanding their challenges, and showing them how Citation’s solutions can transform their operations.

* Outbound sales: Reach out to potential clients across key sectors
* Consultative approach: Understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
* Appointment setting: Secure quality appointments for our field sales team
* CRM management: Stay organised and data-driven with a modern sales tech stack
* Target smashing: Hit and exceed individual KPIs and team goals
* Cross-team collaboration: Work with marketing and sales leadership to refine strategies and messaging
👤 What You’ll Bring
* A proven track record in outbound B2B sales or appointment setting
* Exceptional communication, listening, and persuasion skills
* A resilient, self-motivated attitude—you thrive under pressure and love the buzz of success
* Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital tools
