Are you ready to build all that’s possible with Microsoft Power Platform?
At West Northamptonshire Council, we’re forming a small, high‑impact project team to go beyond traditional MS365 use and unlock the full power of the Power Platform. This is your opportunity to design, develop and deliver solutions that transform how we work—and how we serve our residents.
Why this role matters
West Northants has already embraced MS365—but we’ve only scratched the surface.

* A chance to build and deliver solutions from the ground up
* Freedom to experiment, innovate and prove value
* Work that directly improves services for the people of West Northamptonshire
* A culture that thrives on innovation, curiosity and continuous improvement
If you want to build solutions that matter, learn fast, and help shape an evolving organisation—this is your moment.
Be part of WIDE. Help us redefine what’s possible.

About you
You’re a hands‑on developer who loves solving problems and building things that work:
* Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to choose the right approach
* Comfortable working in fast‑paced, iterative environments
* A team player who can also work independently and take ownership
* Passion for learning, improving, and trying new approaches
* Able to communicate effectively and support others in the team
* Experience in documenting solutions and complex processes in a way that enables smooth handover, knowledge transfer, and long‑term support capability.
