Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Reading (RG10)
Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE + Commission + Company Vehicle
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and proactive Sales Executive to join a growing business based in Reading. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and taking ownership of their success.
You will be responsible for managing and developing an existing customer base while also actively seeking new business opportunities to help drive the company forward.
This is more than just a sales role. For the right person, there is genuine potential to progress into a Sales Manager position as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers

Proactively identify and win new business opportunities

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue

Carry out regular customer visits and follow-ups

Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions

Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales reports

Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service

Monitor market trends and competitor activity
*
Represent the business professionally and positively at all times
