HR Manager | London | £60,000–£80,000 + Excellent Benefits | Hybrid
An established and highly regarded property consultancy is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its people function during an exciting phase of growth and evolution. They are seeking an commercially astute, people-focused HR professional to shape and deliver its people agenda. This is a pivotal stand-alone role offering genuine autonomy, strategic influence, and direct access to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities:
* Managing the full employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement and retention
* Partnering with senior leadership to develop and deliver HR strategy aligned to business goals
* Providing expert advice on employee relations, performance management and UK employment law
* Designing and delivering initiatives across engagement, wellbeing, learning & development and DEI
* Reviewing and enhancing HR policies, processes and systems to support a growing business
* Leading recruitment activity, building talent pipelines and strengthening employer brand
* Managing succession planning, talent and reward processes
* Overseeing the graduate and apprenticeship programmes, ensuring a high-quality early careers experience
You will have:
* A minimum of 5 years’ HR experience, ideally within professional services or consultancy
* CIPD qualification (Level 5 minimum; Level 7 desirable)
* Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* A solutions-focused, commercially aware mindset
* Experience operating within a partnership structure (highly desirable)
The Package
* £60,000–£80,000 per annum (depending on experience)
