Façade & Building Envelope Projects

Salary/Rate: Competitive (DOE)
I’m currently working with a well-established building envelope contractor delivering cladding, roofing and façade solutions across commercial, industrial and public sector projects.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to support delivery on projects across West London.
The Role
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of façade and envelope packages on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
Projects will typically involve rainscreen cladding, roofing systems, composite panels and full building envelope solutions on large-scale developments.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage site operations across façade and envelope packages
* Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure programme delivery
* Oversee installation of cladding, roofing and external envelope systems
* Maintain health and safety standards, including RAMS and site compliance
* Monitor quality of works and manage snagging processes
* Attend site meetings and liaise with main contractors and stakeholders
* Manage site logistics, materials and labour allocation
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within façades, cladding, roofing or building envelope
* Strong knowledge of rainscreen systems and external envelope packages
* Experience working for a specialist subcontractor or main contractor
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (essential)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
