We’re on the search for a Reward Manager to lead their pay and benefits operations as they scale from £800M to £1.8B in the next 3–5 years. This is a fantastic step-up role for someone ready to take ownership while still being hands-on.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Manage compensation & benefits activity including pay reviews, recognition, and wellbeing
* Maintain and evolve frameworks for job evaluation and pay structures
* Partner with HRBPs and lead improvements using data-driven insights
* Support reward-related governance and compliance
* Collaborate with external vendors to optimise benefits and engagement
