Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to join our Porsche Dealership in Hull.
The working hours are from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Saturday, with a day off during the week. Benefits include a company car and an OTE of £55,000.
As a Sales Executive with Listers, you’ll ensure that each customer feels valued by understanding how our vehicles fit into their lives. Your focus will be on matching customers with the right car, features, and add-ons. From financing to contracts, your goal is to achieve total customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Role and Responsibilities
* Build trust, communicate effectively, and exceed customer expectations through qualification and creating a positive first impression.
* Maximise opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, inbound enquiries, walk-in prospects, and internet leads.
* Achieve monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products to maximise profit.
* Comply with FCA and data protection regulations by accurately collecting customer and vehicle data to enhance the quality of the customer database.
About you
* Experience as a car sales executive, retail manager, or sales manager may be suitable.
* You should demonstrate a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
* Ability to establish and build rapport quickly with customers.
* Potential to develop a successful career in the industry.
* You must hold a valid UK driver’s license.
* Motor trade, automotive, or dealership experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
