Overview
We are seeking a highly practical and proactive Site Manager to join our dedicated team. This is a permanent role with flexible hours – at least two full days per week (up to 25 hours) – and a starting hourly rate of £14.58.
About the Role
As Site Manager you will act on your own initiative with minimal supervision, maintaining high standards of upkeep and ensuring strict adherence to Health and Safety regulations. You must be flexible to respond to the changing demands of a school environment.
Main Duties
* The security of the school site
* Ensuring Health and Safety regulations are followed throughout the school
* Maintenance of the school buildings and grounds to a high standard
* Arranging and overseeing all building works
* Porterage duties
About the Candidate
This position is varied and often practical, requiring a proactive and motivated individual who can act on their own initiative with minimal supervision. High maintenance skills, flexibility and the ability to respond to changing demands are essential.
