Role Overview
The External Site Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the following key areas:
* Brickwork
* Metsec
* Scaffolding
* Windows
* Balconies
* Waterproofing
* Managing ASM's
This role will require someone with strong experience managing facade and externals, the project is a 400 unit development and will be made up of 7 RC frame blocks.

Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in managing the full completion of external packages.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
