A rare opportunity to join one of N.I. & Ireland's leading Solar Energy companies! Clover Energy Systems specialises in Solar PV & Battery Storage systems for both Commercial and Residential markets across N.I. and Ireland.
This role focuses on the domestic market with some scope for commercial & agri customers. You will be the face of Clover Energy Systems, advising clients from initial contact right through the design, quoting and closing the sale.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with new sales leads, and close deals through in-home consultations
* Assess properties and review energy usage
* Create & price customised solar systems for each customer
* Present clear proposals with system details, costs, savings estimates, and available incentives
* Keep a high success rate on appointments
* Manage the full sales process from first enquiry to signed contract
* Build strong relationships with homeowners, business owners, farmers, and commercial partners
* Keep accurate records of leads and customer interactions
* Work closely with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery
* Attend local trade shows, exhibitions, and community events
* Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications & Experience
* At least 2 years’ successful experience in field sales (home improvement, energy, or high-value sales preferred)
* Solar sales experience (preferred)
* Full driving licence (required)
* Strong closing and negotiation skills
* Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
* Good time management and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail
* Sales experience in renewables, construction, or technical products is a plus
* Knowledge of Solar PV, or willingness to learn
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Able to work independently and manage your own area
* Passion for renewable energy and delivering great customer service
