We’re looking for a Site Manager who is comfortable working at sites nationwide to join our team on a permanent basis. We are a leading civil engineering SME seeking someone who can bring strong leadership and a proactive approach to project delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Manage all on-site Safety, Healh, Environment and Quality (SHEQ)disciplines.
* Deliver safe, efficient sites aligned with the company's triple ISO accreditation.
* Contribute to ECIactivities and support innovative project ideas.
* Monitor project progress through programmes, weekly returns, and monthly reports.
* Produce accurate cost forecasts and support the commercial management of projects.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure productivity targets are met.
Preferred Requirements
* Strong leadership skills with on-site teams.
* Ability to work effectively in busy, process-driven environments.
* Valid CSCS card advantageous but not essential.
* Good contractual awareness.
* Full, clean UK driving licence (essential).
* Good communication and IT skills (Microsoft Office suite).

Work Location: Nationwide, with offices based in Derby.
Salary: Dependent on experience.
Working Hours:
* Monday-Thursday: 7:30am - 5:00pm
* Friday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
