Hours: Monday to Friday (8am-5pm) 40 hours per week
We are currently recruiting a Temporary Administrator to support a personnel file audit project based on-site in Burntisland. This is a fixed-term role for 6 weeks, ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
* Reviewing and auditing personnel files to ensure they are complete and compliant
* Identifying and flagging any missing or inconsistent documentation
* Organising, scanning, and archiving records
* Always maintaining confidentiality and data protection
* Liaising with internal teams as required for file updates or clarification
Requirements:
* Previous administrative experience, ideally in HR or compliance
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
