As the Quality Manager, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of food safety, legal compliance and quality. You'll work hand-in-hand with production, suppliers and customers to keep things running smoothly, from raw material checks to finished product audits.
You'll also have the chance to:
* Strengthen and develop site-wide Quality Management Systems
* Lead audits and champion a culture of food safety and continuous improvement
* Ensure smooth compliance with BRC, MSC, ASC and other key standards
* Oversee testing, traceability, labelling and allergen management
* Coach and support colleagues to embed best practice
We're looking for someone who:
* Has experience in a technical/quality leadership role in food manufacturing (high-risk or chilled foods an advantage)
* Understands QMS, food safety legislation and audit requirements
* Brings excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a hands-on approach
* Holds (or is working towards) HACCP Level 3 and Internal/Lead Auditor qualifications
* Can bring energy, drive and a collaborative mindset to a site-based role
