Quality Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance across multiple construction projects. The successful Quality Manager will be based in Stirling, with approximately 70% of time spent across Central Belt sites, ensuring standards and compliance are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures

* Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with standards
\t
* Work closely with project teams to drive continuous improvement
\t
* Identify and resolve quality issues across multiple projects
\t
* Ensure adherence to regulatory and company quality standards
Requirements:
\t
* Experience working as a Quality Manager within construction, ideally Tier 1
\t
* Alternatively, an experienced Project Manager looking to transition into a quality-focused role
\t
* Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and construction standards
\t
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
\t
* Ability to influence and engage site teams effectively
