Role Description
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue and profit through inbound and sales activity, providing excellent customer service, and accurately processing waste service orders. The role focuses on maximising conversion, margin, and customer retention while ensuring all bookings are compliant, accurate, and correctly documented.
Sales Executives play a critical role in maintaining LB Waste Management’s reputation for reliability, compliance, and professional service.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
* Handle inbound sales enquiries professionally and efficiently
* Identify nee busieness and account oppertunities
* Upsell additional services where appropriate (e.g. extended hire, permits, exchanges)
* Meet or exceed individual sales, profit, and conversion targets
* Provide acceptional levels of customer service
* Process all orders correctly and efficiently
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Confident telephone manner
