Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30/9:00 - 17:00/17:30
Your role is to bring in new named business to Daisy Communications. You will handle inbound calls and leads, selling the full Daisy product portfolio to customers in the SME and Mid-Market sectors.
This is a fast-paced, desk-based role where exceeding ambitious sales and activity targets is expected. You will receive ongoing coaching and feedback to develop your sales skills, helping you maximise your potential.
With uncapped commission, this role offers excellent earning potential for high performers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Most of your day will be communicating via phone to new customers, with some written correspondence. Your aim is to build and write new business sales.
2. You will manage your workload, create sales opportunities, build a solid pipeline to achieve set MRR targets, and work to KPI targets. It’s a very fast-paced role where no two days are the same.
3. Proactively upskill and self-learn.
4. Schedule and complete all tasks within specified timescales, ensuring all systems are fully updated for each customer contact.
5. Collect Key Decision Maker contacts and details.
6. Maintain a professional appearance, telephone manner, and attitude at all times.
7. Proven success in a new business sales role.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. Relationship management skills.
