We’re looking for a caring, motivated Primary Learning Mentor to support pupils in a nurturing and creative learning environment. You’ll work with children who have SEMH or SEN needs, helping them build confidence, develop positive behaviours, and re-engage with education. About the role This specialist primary setting offers small class sizes, 1:1 support, and plenty of Learning Outside the Classroom (LOTC). Expect a mix of indoor and outdoor learning such as: Beach and woodland sessions Aquarium visits Trampoline parks Hands-on activities that inspire curiosity and confidence You’ll play a key role in helping children feel safe, supported, and ready to learn.
