Responsibilities
Join the Front Office team, managing the reception area of the hotel.
Lead staff, ensuring excellent rapport with customers and delivering a warm welcome.
Demonstrate exceptional levels of customer service and create memorable experiences for guests.
Qualifications
Preference for experience in a full-service hotel or prior role as a Reception Manager.
Leadership skills and strong communication abilities.
