Made in Kent Radio is a dynamic and fast-growing multimedia company based at the iconic Bluewater Shopping Centre. We deliver powerful brand engagement through radio, streaming, social media, video content, and live events. With a loyal and growing audience across Kent and the South East, we’re now looking for a Sales Executive who can drive real results and help our clients grow alongside us.
This is more than just a sales role. You’ll be at the heart of a creative, passionate team shaping campaigns that are heard and seen by tens of thousands every week.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Drive revenue growth across our platforms: radio, podcasts, social media, digital display, video, and live experiences.
* Manage the full sales cycle—from identifying leads and building relationships to pitching solutions and closing deals.
* Develop compelling cross-platform proposals that align with client objectives and deliver clear, measurable results.
* Leverage data and insights to create high-value pipelines and realistic multimedia strategies.
* Build lasting client partnerships while achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
* Utilise our CRM to forecast, report, and manage your sales performance effectively.

What We’re Looking For:
* A proven track record in media or solution-based sales
* Experience delivering consultative pitches and campaigns
* Strong commercial acumen and confidence in margin optimisation
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Familiarity with CRM systems and a strong IT skill set
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
