What You’ll Be Doing
* Partner with senior stakeholders across the UK and Nordics to deliver people strategies that drive performance and culture
* Lead on employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives
* Implement HR initiatives to enhance engagement, retention, and leadership capability
* Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, and policy alignment, balancing daily delivery with long-term projects
What You’ll Bring
* 5–7 years’ HR experience, ideally stepping up from HR Manager or Supervisor level
* Strong expertise in UK employment law and proven stakeholder influence
* Experience in matrix organisations and multi-country HR operations
* Resilience, agility, and confidence to balance empathy with accountability
