Senior Flutter Developer - £85,000-£100,000 + Bonus - Hybrid in London
We're on the hunt for a Senior Flutter Developer to lead the development of a high-impact mobile product used by hundreds of thousands of users. You'll be joining a fast-paced and quality-driven environment where code ownership, innovation, and collaboration are at the heart of everything.
What You'll Be Doing
* Take the technical lead on complex mobile projects using Flutter
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Backend, and QA teams
* Mentor and support other mobile engineers
* Continuously improve codebase quality and best practices
* Contribute to the strategic direction of mobile engineering
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years of commercial Flutter experience
* 4-5 years of prior mobile development experience
* 7+ years of overall engineering experience
* Strong understanding of mobile engineering best practices
* Previous experience in fast-paced, product-led environments
* Passion for code quality, user experience, and continuous delivery
