Arlies Primary school is a highly skilled, supportive and committed team who strive for the upmost success for our children and who have a caring and supportive ethos at their core.
Due to our current site manager’s retirement, we are looking to appoint someone to take over the role who takes pride in their work, is self-motivated, hardworking and has the ability to work to deadlines with minimal supervision.
We are looking for someone who is:
* Approachable, friendly, enthusiastic, hardworking, self-motivated and a good communicator
* Has the ability to take the initiative and deal with problems as they arise
* Is able to relate to both adults and children
* Is organised and efficient with the ability to work independently and unsupervised.
* Can plan and ensure the completion of regular cleaning and maintenance schedules
* Has DIY skills to improve the site and buildings
* Has a ‘can do’ attitude and is responsive to the ever-changing requirements of a busy school
* Can motivate others in the cleaning team through example and enthusiasm
The hours for this role are split shifts comprising of 7am 10am morning shift, 1:45pm 6pm afternoon shift (9:45am finish of morning shift on Fridays) and school holiday working hours can be condensed with approval.
Arlies Primary School has high aspirations for the future and this will be an exciting journey working alongside the highly motivated Senior Leadership Team.
