Key Responsibilities: Achieve Sales Targets: Drive reservations, contract exchanges, and completions in line with company targets. Customer Experience: Guide customers through the sales journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from initial contact to handover. Sales Process: Maintain accurate sales records, follow up on leads, and ensure timely progression of sales. Sales Area Presentation: Ensure show homes and sales areas are kept clean, welcoming, and ready to impress. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with local market trends and use insights to maximise sales opportunities. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales team members, marketing, and external agents to close deals and meet targets. Key Requirements: Experience in new home sales or a proven track record in sales. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
