A growing London-based business specialising in fine wine and luxury spirits is hiring an
Internal Recruiter
on a full-time, permanent basis.
The role is based in the
City of London
with hybrid working (1-2 days from home).
If you have
2+ years' recruitment experience
and want exposure across sales, retail, marketing, operations and admin hiring, this is a strong next step in an internal recruitment career.
What you'll be doing
Running end-to-end recruitment processes
Sourcing and screening candidates across multiple teams
Partnering with hiring managers to clarify briefs
Managing candidate communication
Coordinating interviews and offers
Improving recruitment processes as the function grows
This is a hands-on role with visibility across the business.
We're looking for someone who is:
* Skilled at sourcing and screening candidates
* Organised and comfortable managing multiple roles
* A clear communicator (written + verbal)
* Proactive with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a busy SME environment
No drinks industry experience required.
What's on offer
£27,500 - £32,500 base + commission
Realistic OTE:
Year 1 ~ £50k
Year 2 ~ £70-75k
Year 3 ~ £100k
£500 per hire + bi-annual bonus
